After a week of cleaning and reorganizing all my card stuff, I was really ready to be creative today. Found some dies I hadn't used in ages and also some I'd never used. Addicted to CAS has nature as it's theme this month and I needed to keep adding to the Christmas card stash.
On my top card, I used two old favorites - perched reed bird and grove branch - both old Memory Box dies. I embossed a snowy background and added the silver branch and red bird. Stamped the sentiment in black and clear embossed - the sentiment is a new one from Hero Arts.
Same snowy background and sentiment on my second card. Die cut the trees for the first time ever and added the stag. Two easy and CAS cards for Christmas!
Thanks for stopping by.
Two gorgeous cards Betty. They looks stunning with the snowy white background embossing.
ReplyDeleteTwo fabulous designs with the snowy background! Just love the cardinal on the branch and the stag among the trees!!
ReplyDeleteLove the snowy panels with keeping your cards CAS. Well done - Thanks for joining in at ATCAS
ReplyDeleteThese are just my style--love them both, Betty!
ReplyDeleteBoth of your cards are beautiful. You gave me a great idea for my brother's holiday card as he's an avid birdwatcher. I have dies that are similar but your cards are perfect. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous CAS Christmas cards, Betty! I love your white-on-white snowflakes and how you added a pop of color to each card...great idea to create two for your stash! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Addicted to CAS! xx
ReplyDeleteThey are both such pretty cards. The white snowflakes with the pop of red really steals my heart. Fabulous CAS cards. So glad you shared them with us at ATCAS this week
