NATIVITY

This week the challenge at Merry Monday is to use a nativity scene.  Right there was a huge challenge for me as I own nary a stamp or anything with a nativity and was not going to even enter this week.  Then yesterday happy mail arrived from Linda with these silhouettes.

Linda had cut them in black, so I smooshed them with Versafine and embossed in gold.  I made a background by dabbing frost white ink on cs and then when it was dry going over it with salty ocean distress ink.  I just used a brush to paint more ink on the bottom portion to mimic a snow bank.  Put it all together with the silver frame, stamped "believe" in gold and popped it up with foam tape.

Thanks for stopping by and love to read your kind comments.
