WHITE SPACE

One of the challenges I mean to enter every month is the Gina K. challenge and for some reason, I never seem to get around to ever doing it.  But this month the theme is "white space" and I've actually made a card.

I stamped the Gina K./HA friendship blooms on a 3.5x8.5 side fold slimline card.  Proceeded to color with my watercolor pencils which I bought ages ago in England - very inexpensive set from WHSmith - but they work just fine and found coloring all these flowers fast and easy.  I just used two shades of pink and a green. Stamping was done on regular cardstock and since very little water was used there was only a bit of warping.  Added the little sentiment and a few black enamel dots and done!

Thanks for stopping by.

  6. I like the long card format, so the flowers have enough space to unfold.
