The challenge this week at Merry Monday is "Let It Snow" and Happy Little Stampers April Christmas challenge is "die cuts" and this card will fit both.
I used Memory Box snowflake flurry stencil to emboss a piece of white cs. Then I laid the stencil back over the debossed side and sponged tumbled glass distress ink over the whole piece. The piece was then die cut with a stitched frame, matted with silver metallic cs and popped up with foam tape. Next I took some Tsukinecko frost white ink and daubed it all over the card with a wadded up piece of cling wrap. The snowflake was die cut from vellum and sponged over with the frost white ink. Added a few sparkles from my stash and done!! Decided to leave the sentiment for the inside.
Wow!! Gorgeous card Betty. Love the soft sponging and the delicate vellum snowflakes. Fantastic design! xx
