DELICATE LEAF CLUSTERS

A "happy" whatever card for you today for A Blog Named Hero.  Even though the "Summertime Fun" challenge is finished, pretty flowers and foliage still fit the summer theme.  Besides, I like to make a card that can have various greetings on the inside.

I stamped the leaves from Delicate Leaf Clusters (sorry-a discontinued HA set) on the bottom of a 4x5.25 piece in two shades of green - the dark first and then the lighter color. Any variety of leaves though could be used for this background though. Then die cut a rectangle with one of the smaller Infinity Rectangle dies.  Put foam tape all over the back of larger piece and mounted on a 4.25x5.5 card base.  Inserted the small piece back in using a liquid glue as it's easier that way to get the best placement.  Die cut the Happy sentiment and after fitting it in place added sparkle with a Spectrum Noir clear glitter pen.  A few little blue flowers for some color and finished.

A new challenge starts tomorrow, 15 July, so be on the lookout for it on A Blog Named Hero.

Hope you like my card today and thanks for stopping by.
