In keeping with our "sympathy" challenge theme this month at A Blog Named Hero, I created a card using one of my favorite color combos - pink and gold with kraft.
I began by stamping the magnolias on sand cardstock in each corner with Versamark and embossing in gold. I watercolored just the flowers starting with a white base and then adding in the pink. Made a mask for each of the flowers and spattered the background with some gold and added this piece to a white card base. Stamped and embossed the sentiment in gold on black cardstock and matted on gold. Added a few gold sequins and done.
Be sure to enter your sympathy card at A Blog Named Hero by 10 July for a chance to win a gift certificate from Hero Arts.
