A POINSETTIA AND A STOCKING

Just quickly posting cards for two challenges - The Flower Challenge (add embellishments) and Christmas Kickstart ('Twas the night before Christmas).

I made this card design in several different colors, but this one in kraft and peach is my favorite.  The poinsettia is from Altenew and was colored with copics.  Die cut the background with Spellbinders hemstitch die and then spattered it with gold paint.  Gold thread behind the popped up flower and gold seed beads in the flower center are my embellishments.

My stocking ("the stocking were hung...") is a gift card holder -  just used some patterned paper and stitched it all together.  I think the die is from Memory Box (retired).

 Thanks for stopping by.
