Today I'm up as lead designer for the first time - had to design the TTT board and of course make a card. I went down the right side with sparkle, stencil and snow.
I had purchased the slimline bare tree stencil several months ago and thought this was a good time to break it in. I used speckled egg DO ink for making my background. Die cut my tree three times for some dimension and covered it with Spectrum Noir glitter pen. Tore a piece of white cs for my snow bank and added glitter to it also. Cut a mat to match the tree, stamped my sentiment in gold, put it all together with a few gold sequins and done! You can kind of see the glittery bits on the tree - so difficult to photograph (especially since I'm not the best at it!!).
I hope you can find some inspiration from my board and enter your card here.
I am also entering my card at Stamplorations November Stencil Challenge since I used their wonderful slimline stencil on my card and the Just Add Ink "S" challenge since I have sparkle, stencil and snow plus it's also slimline.
Congrats on your first board, Betty--a great one! Will definitely try to get something made in time. LOVE the stencil & your gorgeous card!
